Privacy notice
This notice explains how nomade.fit processes personal data for coach accounts, participant accounts, event reservations, payments, and operational email.
What data we process
- Coach account data such as name, email, login credentials or auth identifiers, slug, profile text, and payment settings.
- Participant account data such as name, email, phone, and login credentials.
- Reservation and event-operation data such as signups, attendance, notes, payment status, and follow-up records.
- Payment references from Stripe Checkout when card payment is enabled for an event.
- Transactional email logs used to document confirmations, cancellations, and account emails.
Why we process it
- To create and secure accounts, run sign-in sessions, and let coaches and participants use the service.
- To publish events, accept reservations, manage attendance, and communicate about an event.
- To process or record payments when a coach uses manual payment or Stripe Checkout.
- To protect the service, investigate misuse, and maintain reliable system operation.
The main legal bases are performance of a contract or steps taken before entering into a contract, compliance with legal obligations where applicable, and legitimate interests in running and securing the service.
Processors and third parties
- Vercel for hosting and application delivery
- Supabase for hosted PostgreSQL and optional coach social authentication
- Stripe for hosted card checkout when enabled by a coach
- Resend for transactional email delivery when configured
Coaches using nomade.fit may also process participant information independently to deliver their own events. That coach-side processing can sit alongside the platform processing described here.
Retention
- Coach account data is kept while the account is active and then reviewed on deletion request or when the account is no longer needed.
- Participant account data is kept while the account is active and then reviewed when the account is deleted or no longer needed.
- Event signup, attendance, and follow-up records are kept while operationally relevant and then reviewed on a rolling basis.
- Payment-related records may be retained longer where needed for bookkeeping, dispute handling, or legal claims.
Your rights
Depending on the situation, you may have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, or data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with Datatilsynet.
