What data we process

• Coach account data such as name, email, login credentials or auth identifiers, slug, profile text, and payment settings.
• Participant account data such as name, email, phone, and login credentials.
• Reservation and event-operation data such as signups, attendance, notes, payment status, and follow-up records.
• Payment references from Stripe Checkout when card payment is enabled for an event.
• Transactional email logs used to document confirmations, cancellations, and account emails.
• Anonymous traffic measurements such as page path, referrer, approximate country, device type, and daily visitor counts collected through Vercel Web Analytics.
• First-party marketplace activity such as searches, result counts, listing views, booking starts, and outbound provider clicks.
• Coach requests: if you ask us to find you a coach, we store your name if you give it, your email address, the kind of coaching, what you want to achieve, anything you tell us a coach should know, the area, whether you want in-person or online sessions, the language you wrote in, and how far we got with the request.
• Optional broad injury information in Coach Match, such as a body area, how it affects you, and a short note. This is health data and we collect it only with your explicit consent. We use it only to find a suitable coach and do not share it with a coach unless you book.

Why we process it

• To create and secure accounts, run sign-in sessions, and let coaches and participants use the service.
• To publish events, accept reservations, manage attendance, and communicate about an event.
• To process or record payments when a coach uses manual payment or Stripe Checkout.
• To protect the service, investigate misuse, and maintain reliable system operation.
• To understand marketplace demand, improve discovery results, and measure whether visitors find relevant classes and coaches.
• To find you a coach and follow up on a request you submit, based on your consent; you can withdraw it any time via the privacy contact and we delete the request.

The main legal bases are performance of a contract or steps taken before entering into a contract, compliance with legal obligations where applicable, and legitimate interests in running and securing the service.

Optional injury information is processed under your explicit consent. You can withdraw that consent through the privacy contact.

Analytics and measurement

Vercel Web Analytics measures visits without analytics cookies. Vercel uses an anonymized identifier that resets daily and provides aggregate traffic reporting to nomade.fit. First-party marketplace events are stored in the nomade.fit database and are not linked to names, email addresses, raw IP addresses, or precise location coordinates.

Search measurement records selected filter categories and result counts, but does not store unrestricted search text. These measurements are used for aggregate product and marketplace analysis based on the legitimate interest in operating and improving the service.

Processors and third parties

• Vercel for hosting, application delivery, and anonymous web analytics
• Supabase for hosted PostgreSQL and optional coach social authentication
• Stripe for hosted card checkout when enabled by a coach
• Resend for transactional email delivery when configured

Coaches using nomade.fit may also process participant information independently to deliver their own events. That coach-side processing can sit alongside the platform processing described here.

Retention

• Coach account data is kept while the account is active and then reviewed on deletion request or when the account is no longer needed.
• Participant account data is kept while the account is active and then reviewed when the account is deleted or no longer needed.
• Event signup, attendance, and follow-up records are kept while operationally relevant and then reviewed on a rolling basis.
• Payment-related records may be retained longer where needed for bookkeeping, dispute handling, or legal claims.
• Raw first-party marketplace analytics are kept only while operationally useful and are reviewed on a rolling basis; aggregate reporting may be retained for longer to understand marketplace trends.
• Optional Coach Match health details are anonymised after 12 months if the match did not lead to a booking.

Your rights

Depending on the situation, you may have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, or data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with Datatilsynet.

This deployment currently uses first-party session cookies and does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Anonymous traffic measurement and first-party marketplace analytics operate without optional cookies. See the cookie page for details.
